For Guests Travelling to Rome Independently

If you’re travelling to Rome on a different flight, simply let our wedding planners know your travel details and they’ll be happy to arrange a transfer to the hotel to suit your individual arrival time.

Once In Rome

13:00 | Light Lunch & Welcome Drinks at Bvlgari Hotel Roma

A light lunch and drinks will be waiting for you when we arrive at the hotel.

From 15:00 | Check-in at the Hotel

Rooms will be available from 15:00, giving you time to settle in and get ready for the evening.

18:30 | Meet in the Hotel Lobby

Please meet in the lobby, ready for your transfer to the wedding.

19:15 | Final Departure from the Hotel

The final transfer to the wedding will leave the hotel at 19:15.

20:00 | Wedding Ceremony

Followed by dinner, dancing and celebrations.

From 00:00 | Return Transfers to the Hotel

Transfers back to the hotel will be available from midnight onwards.

04:00 | Celebrations End

Saturday 10th October

From 07:00 | Breakfast at the Hotel

Breakfast is available from 07:00, either in the restaurant or from the hotel’s room service.

By 12:00 | Check-out from the Hotel

12:00 | Farewell Lunch on the Rooftop

Join us on the rooftop of Bulgari Hotel Roma for one last lunch together before we say goodbye.

Enjoy the afternoon at your leisure, whether that be exploring Rome or joining us on the rooftop of Bvlgari Hotel Roma for one last lunch together before we say goodbye.

Lunch available 12:00-16:00, drop in and stay as long as you please.
